Medical Treatment Visa
Subclass 602
Dealing with a medical condition is stressful enough; the visa process does not have to be! The Medical Treatment Visa allows people to travel to Australia, or remain in Australia, for medical treatment or consultations, to support someone needing medical treatment who holds or has applied for this visa or to donate an organ.

Resident Return Visa
Subclasses 155, 157 and 159
Not looking for Australian citizenship but wanting to make sure you have the ability enter Australia as an Australian Permanent Resident? A Resident Return visa allows Australian permanent visa holders* to ‘extend’ their overseas travel rights, allowing the holder to a continuing right of entry to Australia (multiple travel facility) beyond the travel expiry date on their permanent visa.
In general, to be eligible for this travel facility extension you will need to:
- meet the Australian physical residence requirement or
- show evidence of substantial ties to Australia
- meet the character requirement
- meet visa cancellation and refusal requirements.
*There may also be opportunities for former Australian permanent residents whose last permanent visa was not cancelled, and former Australian citizens who have lost or renounced Australian citizenship, to apply for a Resident Return visa.
